Kegel Trainer web purchase refunds

This policy covers Kegel Trainer personal and gift purchases made through our website using Paddle. Apple and Google purchases must be handled through the relevant app store.

Request a refund

Use the support link in your Paddle receipt or visit paddle.net to request a refund. For an activation or app problem, contact Olson Apps support with your order reference and a description of the problem. Never send your password.

Eligibility

Your purchase is subject to Paddle’s Refund Policy and Buyer Terms, including applicable cancellation rights and remedies for faulty or misdescribed products. Your location and circumstances affect eligibility. Paddle also considers discretionary requests made within 14 days of purchase; submitting a request does not guarantee approval. This policy does not restrict mandatory consumer rights.

Personal access and gifts

A full refund removes the access granted by the refunded purchase. An unused refunded gift becomes invalid; if it has already been redeemed, the recipient’s access from that purchase is removed. Other valid purchases are unaffected.

No automatic renewal

The 12-month offer is a one-time purchase. There is no recurring web payment to cancel.
