Kegel Trainer web purchase and gift terms

How these terms apply

These terms supplement the Kegel Trainer Terms and Conditions for personal and gift access purchased through our website using Paddle. For these web purchases, the specific rules below take precedence over conflicting general wording about purchasing through an app store, automatic renewal, when paid access starts, and discount coupons. They do not change the arrangements for purchases made through Apple or Google.

Who provides the service

Kegel Trainer is provided by Olson Applications Ltd. These terms cover personal and gift access bought through our website. You purchase from Paddle as our authorised reseller, and Olson Applications Ltd supplies the Kegel Trainer service. The transaction is subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms. Purchases made through Apple or Google are governed by their separate purchase arrangements.

What you buy

A purchase provides one person with 12 calendar months of Kegel Trainer Pro access, including personalised pelvic floor workout plans. It is a one-time payment with no automatic renewal. The currency and total price, including applicable taxes, are shown before you pay. Access ends after the purchased period unless you make another purchase or have another valid entitlement. We do not automatically charge you for another period.

Activating personal access

We email activation instructions after payment. Use the email address associated with your Kegel Trainer account if you already have one. You must complete email verification and activation. Your 12 months begin when you activate; if that account already has valid web access, the new period is added after it.

A web purchase does not cancel an existing Apple or Google subscription. Manage any separate subscription with the store where you purchased it.

Giving and redeeming a gift

The buyer receives a gift link and code to pass to one recipient. The recipient verifies their own email address and redeems the gift into their account. A gift can be redeemed once. Keep the link and code private until you give them to the intended recipient. The recipient’s 12 months begin on redemption, or after their existing valid web access.

Unused gift codes have no redemption deadline. These paid gift codes are not discount coupons or promotional vouchers, so the general terms about coupon expiry do not apply to them. Refunded gift codes cannot be redeemed.

Using your access

Access is for the individual account to which it is activated or redeemed. Keep your sign-in details secure. For access problems, contact Olson Apps support rather than buying again.

Refunds and your rights

See our refund policy. A full refund removes the access supplied by that purchase; a refunded unused gift cannot be redeemed. Separate valid purchases remain separate. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or the rights you have under Paddle’s applicable purchase terms.

Purchase information and privacy

Paddle handles payment details. We receive customer and purchase information needed to deliver and support your access, including email addresses, order references and payment status; we do not receive full payment-card numbers or card security codes.
